90-day return window

Most items may be returned within 90 days of delivery. Any item-specific return restrictions will be stated on the product page before purchase.

Start a return

Email [email protected] with your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason. We will provide return instructions and, for an eligible return, a prepaid shipping label. Please contact us before sending a package so it reaches the correct return location.

Return the item with its included parts and accessories and, where available, the original packaging. Damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete items should be reported with photos when possible.

Return shipping and fees

ATEAMIR covers return shipping for eligible returns using the label we provide. We do not charge a restocking fee for eligible returns. A shipping label purchased independently is not automatically reimbursed; contact us first.

Refunds

After the returned item is received and checked, we will notify you of the refund outcome and arrange any approved refund. Refunds are returned to the original payment method where possible. For cash payments, contact us to arrange a suitable refund method. Bank or payment-provider processing times may vary.

Exchanges and cancellations

Contact us if you need a replacement or wish to cancel an order. Cancellation depends on the shipment status. If the item has already shipped, follow the return process.

Orders from other stores

This policy applies to orders placed through the ATEAMIR online store. Returns for this site are arranged by mail through ATEAMIR. Purchases made on another marketplace must follow that marketplace’s order and return process.
